Vegan friendly and knowledgeable staff. The employee taking my order informed me their rice contained butter after I asked if... their tzatziki contained cream. They included a side of hummus just because, which was much appreciated. Their tabbouleh saladis delicious! Way better than the Greek restaurant I usually go to. I'll definitely eat here again. Just had their margarita pizza and had to jump in and review. I called the restaurant asking for vegan pizza options. While I... was enquiring about removing cheese from my pizza, the owner himself offered to add vegan cheese to the pizza. I chose themargarita pizza with half regular cheese and half vegan cheese. To say it's one of the best margarita pizzas I've had is not anunderstatement. The vegan cheese was more generous than most restaurants I've been to, my half tasted as good if not better thanthe vegetarian portion. The other ingredients used seemed high quality as well. Delicious pizza and gelato! The quality of ingredients and service were excellent. They use many local farmers? produce. Both... the gluten-free and regular crust we?re perfect. Pretty disappointed. I went to Pizza Paradiso as I live very close and thought the experience I had the first time would... continue. I was wrong. A few days ago I ordered the smaller size margarita pizza for myself and paid $25, the man at theregister let me know it would be 18 minutes. I waited outside for about 10 minutes and came inside where it was cooler. I thenkept waiting and waiting and waiting until 35 minutes had gone by and everyone else around me had already finished eating. Iwent up to the counter and asked about my order and got confused looks as if they had never heard of a pizza in their lives. Theworker said it would be right out. A few minutes later a different lady came over to me and said they had given my pizza tosomeone else and she would have one ready for me very soon. Annoyed, but also very understanding I let it slide. 20 more minspassed. as I was getting up to ask for a refund, the sad little pizza was brought out. I waited almost an hour for this tinypizza?! Was it a joke? The very least they could have done was made things right. There were no apologies, no discounts, refundsor anything of the sort. They couldn?t even hook it up or put more than 3 slices of tomato on the pizza? I will NEVER return tothis place simply on principle that they do not take care of their paying costumers and wasted an hour of my life with noregard. I like this place. It has a great local vibe, menu sounds good and they are seriously clean. Why no more than three stars? They... need to rethink their flavors. Pizza has great dough but the sauce is pedestrian. The toppings lack flavor. They list localfarmers but I don?t taste it in the salad. I would like them to reconsider how the dishes stack up, not just look. Staff issuper nice and very much on the ball.
