I would have given 5 stars, but we had a reservation and we were seated a few minutes late and stuck me behind a wall when there... was an empty table right next to us that was given to someone after us. It had the perfect view. Otherwise, the food wasdelicious and the server was very attentive and knowledgeable of the menu and options. I had the Blackened Fresh Catch. Thesauce was spicy which is how I like it. My husband had the Herb Crusted Ahi. He said it was perfect. For dessert, we shared theAvocado Lava Cake. It was rich and creamy and not too sweet. High dollar restaurant. If you get a good table (which is mosttables) you will not be disappointed by the sunset. You can also walk out to the beach and get a few sunset pictures while youwait for your table. Read more

This place is magical magical from the moment you walk up to the hostess stand. Typically, when you have the option to sit... indoors or outdoors, one is far superior to the other. Here, this is simply not the case. You get a picturesque experience fromany table you choose to sit at. This is a must for the full Hawaiian vacation. Oh, and the food and drinks are delicious. This was the first restaurant we dined at during our recent (and 1st) trip to Maui, and it was wonderful! (We actually showed... up late to a corporate event because I did not want to miss out on a meal here, and it was booked for the remainder of ourstay.) We were seated at an outside table with amazing views – the evening was gorgeous! We started with the Hen Mouse, theO’o Farm Mixed Olives and the Cheese Board which were all delicious. For my entrée, I ordered the Grilled Fish Mai-Tai (soflaky and light) and my husband enjoyed the Lemongrass Curry. Excellent cuisine, top-notch service and amazing views. Sitting in the lush corner with a beautiful view of the water, I just had one of the best nights of my life. It's an incredible... feeling when everyone at Pacific'o is working towards making sure that you have a wonderful experience. I loved every singleminute of our time there - especially their take on an ice cream sandwich. Wow. You can really tell when a place puts in theeffort to have really fresh ingredients. The best meal we’ve had on Maui thus far. From an impeccable check-in with the hostesses, to a knowledgeable waitress and a... friendly check-in from the manager, the service was top-notch professional all-around. The food was some of the best we’ve hadon Maui - fresh, local, organic and full of flavor -. I had the beef short ribs and my beautiful wife had blackened fish. Bothwere delicious and we would order again. We had the beet salad and Brussels sprout appetizers, side of french fries, and fordessert vanilla ice cream and the tropical fruit paplova. All were exceptional. Top it off with a beautiful sunset, king tideslapping at the shores, and crashing waves on the horizon - this is a special spot in Maui for sure. Read more

We were on our honeymoon and wanted to be treated to a fine dining experience and it was nothing short of world-class! If... available, I’d highly recommend getting the outdoor dining experience and a reservation before 530 if available. The sun setsaround 630/7 and this is perfect timing as you wind down your evening for dessert. Our server, Davide was absolutely delightfuland he was able to take sunset pictures for us. Davide had plenty of recommendations for pairing drinks with our food andextremely knowledgeable with the ingredients of each dish. We ended up choosing the lemongrass curry fish trio, mushroomrisotto, and beef short ribs. The Lemongrass Curry had the fresh catches of the day (3 types of fish) which were cooked toperfection. The curry had a good amount of kick and the vegetables were cooked just right. The Mushroom Risotto was immaculate!Risotto tends to be heavy and super rich, but chef definitely knows how to make it feel light. Density of the cream with themixture of locally grown grains was perfectly married. The Short Ribs with the chilli-Dijon sauce packed a punch and was cookedbeautifully. Paired with a creamy mash and vegetables, this dish was nothing short of inspiring. To end off the evening, we hadthe tropical pavlova, and the carrot cake. Each was done delicately and both were very light. I’d recommend both depending onyour specialities. Overall our evening was exquisite! One of my favorite places to eat in Maui from the high quality dishes to farm to table cocktails. Amazing views right on the... beach. This time the Mahi Mahi Wellington and Avocado Lava Cake were exceptional. Davide our server was exceptionallyprofessional, attentive and kind. Another perfect evening!
