I would like to start this with a preface that I love Minit Stop and have been eating their chicken since I was in... school. However, this experience the other day at the Lahaina location is still bothering me a bit. I was there Thursdayafternoon and the worker with gray, spikey short hair was probably the most rude I have seen anyone in a service role in a longtime! I was stepping back looking at the menu and she yelled - seriously yelled, "WHAT DO YOU WANT?" I told her that I wasstill looking and then she went and started talking. I stepped up to order and she wouldn't look at me. No other customers werethere but she was ignoring me. I finally loudly said I was ready. Without looking up she said, "What?" I said I would like totry the fish tacos. I had never had these at Minit Stop but there was a LARGE poster displaying them. She laughed - joked withher friend about it and then turned away from me and ignored me. Soooo I walked out and wont be going to Minit Stop again for along time. Read more
