We ordered online for pickup at 10:30 and arrived 15 minutes later when we were supposed to. Staff admitted they had not seen... the online order, but assured us they would prioritize the order. Understood? things happen. We then waited an additional 30minutes and watched 10 patrons walk In, order and receive their orders ahead of us. Insanely incompetent management. I?ve been coming to this place since they opened. Great coffee, good donuts, good breakfast and WAS great customer service. NOT... SO SURE WHERE IT WENT! I absolutely LOVE their donuts, customer service, & aesthetic! Jorge was very welcoming and catering. The whole staff was... friendly and attentive. There was little to no wait time. Hidden Gem! This place rocks for all the right reasons. Friendly staff, fresh tasty doughnuts, organic coffee (hot or cold) and... amazing breakfast options! They emphasize quality and you can tell, organic produce, free range eggs etc. we stopped the firsttime on a whim, but have since been back a few times when we were in the mood for easy breakfast and a delicious cronut. They offer a variety of non-donut... items which allows for individuals seeking something else to get something to eat. The coffee is good and goes really well withany of their items. This place is great! The staff is exceptionally friendly and you can tell making the customers happy is their main priority.... Food is very good. I scarffed down the enchiladas topped with chorizo and fresh avocado, sorry there's no picture. I was amazedto learned that they make their own chorizo, delicious and mouth watering! Came here for doughnuts, but instead i endulged intheir savory menu and pleased my sweet tooth with these french toast, took my doughnuts and boba thai tea to-go. Highlyrecommend!! Read more
