This is one of the best Starbucks I have ever been to. I usually go to the Starbucks in Santa Ana off Bristol next to my work... but I had to run some errands today so I ended up coming down here. I usually buy a Caramel Ribbon Crunch Frappacino as it is myfavorite drink so no suprise this was the item I purchased at this Starbucks. This location is consistently only fair, never great or spectacular; however, my last visit there prompted this review. While... the specifics of the encounter are not worth the time to regurgitate, it was the unprofessional and rude conduct of Jess thatmade the situation so appalling. Thankfully, a fellow employee, Kat, recognized the unprofessional and rude conduct of hercolleague and tried to quell the situation. Kat's efforts are to be applauded while Jess's actions are to be denounced. Simplyput, this location needs a bit of work from a managerial perspective, so as to ensure that customers receive better customerservice. Read more
Writing this as I sip on my dark caramel cold brew that was beautifully crafted by Andrew. Let me just say that Andrew?s... contagious friendliness and perfect drink-making skills are the reasons why I can?t stay away (even though I painstakingly tryto save money by making coffee at home). I?ve never come across a barista as genuinely kind as Andrew. Plus, every drink Andrewmakes tends to transcend the drinker into another place and time. Whether it?s just another manic Monday or the beginning/end ofa long week, there?s a little magic in every sip and I?m able to stop and smell the roses. Read more

Starbucks's coffee is very strong. However, I got an iced cappuccino and enjoyed it! I noticed that there was a little bit of a... wait for some people - including myself. That is why I am giving them four stars. Read more
Starbucks is a favorite for me and my wife. Love the white mocha, salted cream nitro, and used to enjoy the great service at... this location but recently the service has been lackluster. For example, today (Aug 20, 2022) I placed a mobile order at 3:55and it was supposed to be ready by 4:01. However, my order wasn't ready until 4:15, and the place wasn't that busy. They had twoguys working but only one of them was productive. There was also a young lady that came out from the back but she wasn't doingmuch either. Changed my rating from 5 to 3 stars. Read more
