Just like most franchise businesses it depends on the staff you hire. The manager/owner of this particular Starbucks has a Keen... eye for good people. The parking lot is set up with easy access disabled parking if it is necessary. Even though most of theseplaces are set up for drive-bys. Batman out! Read more

I cannot believe Starbucks came this low!!! Actualy I do! Stores across Orange County (including this one) are closing early... without warning. They walked to me at 01:00 PM (13:00) and told me that I need to leave becuase they had to close the store.Just like that! Some stores dont even open. Millenialls and generation Z are the worse worke force ever. They dont like to workmore then they should, put extra time and or go the extra mile; and they expect to be rewarded regardless. And to add to that,for years now, Starbucks has been brainwashing and training his Milleniall staff to make them Progressive Liberals. They createa "Monster", and now, either you "Feed Them" (open your stores according to the "Monster" needs), or FIRED them, and hire realworkers. Starbucks is getting what they asked for! Enjoy it! This is a great Starbucks located on the corner of Alicia Parkway and Pacific park Avenue in Laguna Miguel California..... 1st... of all it is a very large Starbucks . Open from 5 AM to 8 PM... Right outside there's a fountain area with lots of chairs andin the same shopping center several places to eat.....Dwayne is one of The employees here who always does a great job and isvery polite fast and efficient... SB's seems to finally be trying harder to appreciate customers (at least at this location). So much better with furniture back... in store. Catering still to mobile orders which makes for a much longer wait time for any in store order. That situation needsto be remedied. Read more

This Starbucks is amazing and is such a warm and friendly environment. I have gone there every day for about 3 years now, and... the staff both past and present have always been amazing. Everyone there has been so wonderful to me and they are wonderful toeveryone as well, they deserve lots of love and positive recognition.
