The staff is rude. Walked-in a few minutes before closing, my 7 y.o. son needed to use the bathroom, it was occupied, I ordered... drinks while waiting. Then, waiting in the hallway for the bathroom to free, the cashier told us that the store is closing, sowe can't use it. Read more
This place has gone downhill over the years aesthetically. The staff was great, but they had furniture pushed all up in a coner... missing table tops and chairs. The furniture they do have is all beat up. The place was dirty. I literally felt like I was in aGreyhound Bus station. Read more
Nice shopping center location on the Alicia Parkway (main character name in my forthcoming novel) about six miles in from the... five. Spacious interior with plenty of seating and lots of outdoor seating as well. Was totally empty during my 5 am visit. Read more

Google does not send you to the right place. This place is at Pacific Island and Alicia. Google sends you to Alicia and Pacific... Park that's wrong 30065 is correct. This is a really nice store and matches the picture there's a tree out front with a benchall the way around it where you can sit and there's plenty of inside and outside seating. Just make sure your friends are comingto the right one it's very close to Laguna Niguel City Hall which is at the intersection of Crown Valley and Alicia Parkway. Read more
The baristas here are on point and they are also very engaging and friendly!! Definitely moreso than other locations around.... Many people like to hang out here, work, have coffee meetings. It's a hopping neighborhood spot for sure. Read more
Polite staff but the MUSIC IS TOO LOUD. The lobby is overwhelmed with the music. Turn it down!
