The smoothies were tasty, but they were almost fully melted because we ordered on the app and were told by Hunter that they... weren't ready yet and that they do in-person orders first (which is the opposite of our regular jamba location)... so 25 minuteslater, we dared to ask again and the woman had to scroll waaay back through the orders and realized it was done a long time ago(and if Hunter would have taken a moment to check) we could have enjoyed them when they were fresh and frozen, without theunnecessary wait. Love Jamba normally but we came at 230 and waited half an hour for our orders. Extremely understaffed and frustratingly slow.... They only had one poor worker trying to keep the whole restaurant together. I understand the afternoons and slower than theevening, but it?s frustrating to see service times quadrupled. Read more
WORST. EXPERIENCE. EVER! STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE AS FAR AS YOU CAN. Unfortunately there is no negative scale, otherwise this... would be all of the negative stars. Ordered online, and was charged immediately, but when I arrived to pick it up, was told thatthey did not have ANY of the fruits to make my order. I then asked to refund my money, and was told that because I orderedonline, they cannot refund me, and told to contact the intermediary service company. I went home and was unable to find relevantcontact information for the intermediary service company. Called this place back, and was told again the same sad story thatthey can't refund anything. I asked to speak to store manager, and was told they do not have a store manager, and that I couldcall their customer service number. The number I was given did not work... I never go my money back. Jamba really hit the spot on a hot day. I hardly ever go here but I was glad I thought to stop and try a smoothie. I can't... remember which one I got but it was delicious.
