This place used to have good food but it has sharply gone down hill. They've raised the prices and I left there paying over $60... for fried rice, general tso's chicken, Mongolian beef and orange chicken. The worst was the general tso's chicken which tastedlike dried cardboard. The orange chicken tasted gross and you could tell they tried to cover up the horrible probably stalechicken with gobs of sugary orange sauce. The fried rice tasted old. The Mongolian beef had broccoli which it never hadpreviously. I had to eat something sweet to get the taste of this foul food out of my mouth. Not much flavor going on here. It?s very bland and no love put into making it. The chicken is glued meat and not tender at all.... But then Again Chic fil a uses glued meat as well. $60 for 2 people and bland food isn?t worth. Maybe good food hangover foodtho. Read more

I brought home some take out. A beef dish and a shrimp dish. Neither meat was cooked enough, My first bite of beef was seared,... but raw on the inside. The shrimp was limp and luke warm. I ended up having to pull out the meat and cook it the rest of theway myself on the stove, which negated the reason for take out. The vegetables and sauce was identical for both dishes, and didnot go well with the shrimp at all. I think they just ladle the house veggy and sauce mix, and throw in some choice of protein. Ok?think about the amount of food you get for a 2 item combo at Panda Express for roughly $9. You get about the same amount here... for a highway robbery of $15. Was the food good? Meh. Not really. NOTE: I?m incredibly easy when it comes to food. Anyway - It?sok food for a ridiculous amount of money. Go to a Panda for cheaper or find a take out place somewhere else. Bad habits is what?s being done around here. Carrie their server / boss don?t care about any customer service. Lazy chef is one... of the better descriptions for this Chinese restaurant. Small portions is what you get when you order from their genericmenu. Cole egg rolls is what you get if you order from Uber eats. Extra saliva served when you complain about the service orfood. Great food, my all time favorite is pork fried rice. It's a big meal when enjoyed all by its self! Also love the Garlic... brocolli. Large portions are standard, pleasant and quick service, order by phone and 10-15 minutes later, it's ready to pickup. Count on $10.00 per item, the quality far surpasses the price, which is fair. I had to write a solid review for this restaurant because they deserve a much higher rating. I grew up on NYC takeout, and this... place is the closest thing to Mott. St./Canal st. . I ordered via doordash, however, the restaurant didn't confirm the order soI called and a friendly voice, Billy, assured me that my order was received and will be prepared. When we got our food, I wassalivating because it smelled so good, opened up the boxes and everything looked perfect, and if it didn't look perfect, it suretasted perfect.
