B+C Pizza is a hidden gem in Orange County! This pizza is marvelous! The dough is classic with both a crispy and soft texture.... The crumb smells amazing, gives a jolts of nostalgia for the smell of pizza from youth, not like the commercial pizza likedominos, pizza hut, etc which are good but just don't have the quality of B+C Pizza. I heard about B + C pizza from a friend, I tried it today and I?m so glad I did. I will be referring all of my friends here and... couldn?t post 5 stars quick enough! Owner is very nice and cares a lot about the quality of the pizza. I?ll also be trying somebaked desserts next time! Read more

Wow!!! This place is basically hidden but worth the search. 51 years I?ve been around OC and never heard of this place. Thin... crust perfection. And the owner is very nice. They are Butter & Cream in the daytime and B+C pizza at night. You?ve got to trythis. A last minute pizza need by my house and a Google maps search brought me to this place. I?ll be back once a week for somemore thin crust, no grease, artisan greatness. Read more

My son Mike recommended B+C pizza. He said it was one of the best pizzas he had ever had! So I ordered a pie! When I got there,... Paul greeted me with a big smile and told me that I order a great pizza. I was about 15 minutes late because of the traffic andPaul said he would reheat it back up in the oven. I ordered the ?Meats with Burrata cheese, garlic and some chilies. Wow what agreat pizza. The Pizza dough was hand made and very tasty. The burrata cheese was soft and very creamy along with the bakedgarlic cloves and just the right amount of chilies it had the perfect kick! This was definitely one of the best pizza pies Ihave ever eaten! Paul is super friendly and let me try one of his cookies! That also was fantastic! I would highly recommendthat you try B+C pizza! I am going to be a regular there! The shop is a bakery and the cakes also looked very Unique/beautiful.Because of how good the cookies were I am going to order a cake too. This is a 5 star bakery! THE best NY style pizza in OC!! Hands down. I moved to CA 2 years ago and thought authentic NY pizza didn?t exist here. It... does! We had the Vodka sauce 16? pizza, it was so good. Best "secret" spot in town. These guys figured out how to elevate pizza to gourmet status worth paying for. We got the spicy... Fennel Sausage pie and it's our new "must have" pizza.
