We are done. Just had our last trip to this restaurant. This place has become the biggest ripoff in fast food. We have had... friends kids who have worked here. My own son worked next door when they opened this Canes. But it has gone so downhill in valuelately, it?s not worth it. We always order the naked chicken? it?s unbreaded. We get the sand 6 piece with fries and a soda.Used to be around $12. Now it?s over $17, which is ridiculous! But that?s not the worst part? what?s worse is that the newportion size is about ½ what it has been for so many years! Fine? Costa go up, make a small adjustment in price to cover yourcosts. But a $5 increase over the years and cutting the chicken size in half? That?s just ridiculous! Look at the photo. Thechicken is barely bigger than 2 fries. And to top it off, we went back a few days later to see if that was done sort of a fluke.Nope, people. That?s what $17.00+ gets you at the LAGUNA Hills Raising Cane?s. And on our next trip there, the portion size (ofthe chicken) was even smaller. Shame on you! Read more

The food here is great, but the drive thru situation is a nightmare that management needs to fix immediately. Due to the layout... of the parking lot, there are two competing lines with lots of angry customers forced to constantly fight with each other to getinto the 'real' drive through line. This leads to lots of people 'stuck' without a way to get out and very angry. They needsomeone out there directing traffic. We will not be coming back until they get this fixed. What an experience! Just crazy good chicken. The sauce just hits different and the people are ready to serve. You know the drill... go get you self a box combo and chill with the boys. (A caniac if you feel up to it) switch the slaw for an extra sauce or toastand you got your self all you need. Wherever I got I just crave this delectable chicken. We came here for a fundraiser for my daughter's school. The gentleman who took our order was fast, friendly, and efficient.... Their menu selection is pretty simple, and reasonably priced. The atmosphere inside was warm and friendly, even during covid.Our food was ready really quickly and we were able to get out of the crazy parking lot fairly easily. Read more
