Delicious, perfect. When the drive through line gets to the yellow speed bump, it will be faster to get your order inside.
I?ve been coming to this location for over 20 years and I go out of my way to come this specific location. It?s always clean and... the food is always good and fresh. The parking is a little chaotic and they need to redo the drive thru setup because the linegoes out so far and blocks half of the parking spaces. We avoid the drive thru at all costs because it?s a long wait but diningin is always a good experience. The staff had stickers out before my kids even made it to the counter which is really nice andconsistent. They were also very eager to give paper hats at the counter and even walked around the tables to pass them out toanyone who missed them. We had at dinner at 5:15 which was the perfect time to come to miss the dinner rush. Our food came outquickly and there was plenty of space to sit. All of the food looked appetizing and was made just as ordered which is nicebecause it?s time consuming to go back and have food remade. I didn?t notice the tables getting wiped down but there werealready many tables cleaned and ready for us to choose from. I love this location and will continue to go here anytime we?re inthe mood for In n out. Read more
Friendly, efficient, effective staff. Good food, no complaints with the quality at this location. Due to construction... currently at the parking lot (August 2022) beware the drive thru line when busy. From what I saw, the shape of the availabledriving areas means you should probably enter the plaza from Avila Rd to get in line. Not sure how long those parts of theparking will be blocked off for. Love it, can't say enough. Very reasonable prices, never frozen beef, always as fresh as possible including fries cut from... whole potatoes after your order. Its not undiscovered as most places are busy from open to close, but with the army of staff,food moves quickly. Read more
Not really sure about all of the hype around them. Just a pretty basic burger. Definitely nothing about the fries to enthuse... about. And the shake was passable. But, at least we can now say that we?ve been, with no real need to go back the next timewe?re in the area. Read more
First time at an In-N-Out Burger. First and foremost, very impressed with the young man who took our drive thru order in the... parking lot (I believe his name was Jahan??). He was friendly, helpful and had a great attitude. Secondly, our animal styleburgers were off the charts good! Finally, the price was right ???? wish we had these burger joints in Toronto, Canada. Super fast and friendly service at this location, and super clean. In-n-out always delivers. Simple menu, but the burgers and... fries are top notch compared to other fast food restaurants, and I also love their milk shakes. I recommend to walk in and orderat the counter, the drive though line is usually really long, but service at the counter is fast! Read more
