Been coming here for a couple of years as my nine-year-old daughter likes the chocolate donuts on Saturdays. The service here is... really spotty and often rude. The manager is nice enough but doesn't really train or hire good team members. Today I drove 20minutes, picked up my daughter's order and discovered upon arriving home that is was wrong again. Drove back and walked in, theguy behind the counter just stared at me with a condescending smirk on his face. Didn't ask if he could help, just stared. Itold him order was wrong and he laughed. I asked to speak with the manager and she made excuses for him that he couldn't hearwith the headset. So you have a manager that won't train or hold people accountable so this place will continue to suck goingforward. Read more
I have heard of their coffees being really good and wanting to taste what people raved about.. unfortunately my experience wasnt... that great.. i ordered a large caramel iced coffe.. honestly.. is just sugary cold water.. doesnt even have the flavor ofcaramel nor coffee... couldnt even drink half of it then throw it away.. I'll tryanother location and see if theyredifferent.. maybe i just got a bad batch. Read more
Fast & friendly! Some items are a hit or a miss. Got a cold brew and it was more like a water bottle, but also got the snackin... bacon which wasn't playin and was amazin. Donuts are mid. It's a fast food place so I don't expect the highest quality. Stillgreat place tho once you learn what's good here. Read more

This morning I Ubered breakfast for myself and one other person. It definitely hit the spot! We both got our coffee and... something to eat. Our coffee tasted great, and our food was delicious. This Dunkin? is my neighborhood cafe. Easy access to I-5 . Plenty of free parking spaces. Always stocked with all donuts ????... flavors and muffins. My flavors are the blueberry muffins and Bavarian cream with Dunkin? coffee. Although they have a beautifulseating area inside, the patio is very nice as well. First time ever ordering from Dunkin Donuts and i hate to say this, but it was AWFUL. I ordered two blended Mocha coffees which... were funky tasting (almost too syrup-y),one chocolate chip muffin (hard and almost bitter tasting like a display item), twosausage, egg, and cheese croissants (my boyfriend and I both took ONE night each and spit them back out) & a maple bar donutthat was SO dry and just plain gross. This location consistently has issues with the drive thru. On a multitude of occasions, the line has been backed up and I've had... to wait 15-20 minutes at least to get through the line. That seems absurd to me. Management or staffing seems.to be an issue.The employees are great but I will avoid this location on any busy time.of day. Read more
