I was so excited to find AWG Bakery! I gave up eating bread altogether after going gluten free to help with my autoimmune... disease. All the GF bread that I tried tasted terrible until I tried AWG bakery. My favorites are the Rosemary bread and theEverything bread. It's so delicious toasted twice in my toaster oven and I spread salted ghee on the toast and it's amazing! Ialso spread cream cheese on the toast and top with smoked salmon (my husband's favorite and he's not even gluten free}. Theyrecently came out with "Everyday Rounds" that are perfect for mini pizzas or avocado toast or spread with some nut butter. Thepossibilities are endless. Although we are not a gluten-free household, AWG breads are LOVED by everyone in my family! It's amazing to find a delicious... bread that is also healthy (and vice-versa). The CinnaSpice is our favorite for french toast, but my all time favorite is theEverything Bread...it's incredible toasted with cream cheese and lox (bye-bye bagels)!
