This is by far my favorite sushi place. Fortunately, there are two locations; but this one is my preferred location thanks to... one of the managers, Don Salgado, who makes every dining experience there amazing. Not only is the customer service fantastic;but the food is simply amazing. This little, yet cozy spot, is the best in the area. Sure, I am aware of more swanky places; butthis one is the real deal. The 3 servers tonight are the best, we come every 2 weeks and the remember us, they know that we like the... window seats, they have chop sticks helpers for the boys and they know we share the Sapporo bottle. Viktoriia and I love sushi. In fact, we met at a sushi place in Aliso Viejo one night when a mutual friend introduced us.... Thereafter, we visited almost every sushi place in the Laguna Beach, Laguna Niguel and Aliso Viejo areas we could find over thelast six months. Now for starters, Viktoriia is one of the most critical consumers I have ever met, especially when it comes tosushi. As we visited all the local "Hot-Spots", we were usually relatively disappointed in the overall quality of the dishesand/or of the service. This all changed when we found O' Fine. O' Fine was a real find. A gem of a restaurant hidden by thepresence of a more well-known sushi place in the same plaza, Starfish - Laguna Beach. After scouting nearly every sushi placein the area for the last six months, Viktoriia and I cannot get enough of this place. It is incredible. After nine visits, wehave yet to have a bad or subpar meal there yet. Not only is every piece of sushi they serve fresh, it is presented well. Andit is not just the sushi, it is now our favorite place to get ramen. Every time we go there, we are impressed more and more bythe quality and the sheer deliciousness of each and every dish. In visiting this location, we got to know one of theserver/managers, Don, who makes this place even more amazing. Don knows the dishes and he knows how to make customers feelwelcomed and appreciated. It's always a good lunch spot that my mom and I go to. The food never disappoints. I ordered the no. 7 lunch special that comes... with miso soup and a salad. The server is always friendly and the chefs say good-bye as well. Read more

Amazing place! The food is not cheap, but it is amazing! It is my birthday weekend so we started the celebration at O, best... choice ever. Ashley was a great server but every staffed help to make our evening amazing specially the gentleman that worksthere for a long time (sorry didn’t get his name) We started the halibut sashimi with truffle oil, it melts in your mouth. Wehad a bunch more sashimi after. My favorite was the bluefin toro, so buttery. We have the Philadelphia roll but we asked to betempura fried, we call it hot Philadelphia, so good. We love this place, it is a little small but very cozy. The food is excellent, the fish is super fresh and the beer is cold. The... hot sake is not so hot. We have tried a lot of their dishes and they are all good. The crispy lobster roll is better than bakedone. Crunch Red Dragon is very good!
