This is by far the worst food establishment I have ever been to. I have never went to a restaurant within a time span of a... couple months and the service is still the same. The old black lady with horrible eye shadow who is always in the back windowalways has an attitude and doesn?t care how she talks to people. The teens in the front window are even worse. You tell themsomething is wrong with your order and they get mad with you. Rolling eyes, cussing, etc. something needs to be done about thislocation and there definitely needs to be a change of managers and employees. Read more
Used to be my favorite Wendy?s but they are pathetic now. Never taking orders? 8, 5, 3 pm? all throughout the day. There?s 4... cars in the lot and you can see workers inside joking and on their phones. Pathetic. Read more
This is the worst Wendy's location I've ever been to! The manager who typically works nights with the terrible eye shadow has a... personality and attitude to match it! The few times I've tried to go there since December have been awful. I've always missed anitem, received the wrong item(s) and even once got some mystery sauce instead of bourbonon my sandwich, never have I beengreeted nor felt welcome to come to this location. Came through drive thru and their system was down so drove around to window. Employee was inside on her phone and would not come... to the window to take our order. We blew the horn to get her attention and she still ignored us. So we drove off without beingwaited on at all. Was looking forward to trying Wendy?s breakfast but had to go somewhere else. Read more
This place is just sorry and doesn?t deserve any stars at all! The only reason there is a star is because it wouldn?t let me... post without putting a star. I was in line not up at the menu yet to see what I wanted and the lady was rushing me to order Ihad already told her please wait just a moment. And she continues to say what can I get for you again I say please give me justa moment and the she said go ahead with your order. I did not get enough time to see what I wanted. The menu needs to be on theother side of the speaker so you can see the menu before you get to the speaker box. Chicken was dry n stake. It seemed old like it's been sitting there awhile. Wasn't warm at all. N I didn't get the cheese I... asked for that cost $0.60. The extra Mustard was thrown on the side of the burger. Cold hardly any onions or lettuce. Just nota good hot sandwich. Read more
After having no luck with my mobile order across the street at BK, I decided to do wendy's. Went smooth but my food had onions... and pickles on it that I didn't want. Mistakes happen.... the employees fixed my sandwiches and hooked me up with a free coke(to get the onion taste out of my mouth) .... so they still deserve the 5* because they fixed it with no question asked. I am a frequent customer at this wendys but mostly at breakfast. I decided to get a burger today. Wrong wrong wrong!! I... ordered the small combo, single pretzel bacon pub burger with small fries and small coke. The price listed is $8.79 for thecombo. However I was changed $10.15 and no receipt. I pulled over and searched for the receipt, thinking it was in the bagsince I thought I had been overcharged. No receipt at all. I went back to the window and asked for my receipt. It waspractically thrown at me by the lady at the window, a tall, sarcastic African American woman. I asked when the prices went up?She said all the prices went up "uhm,what day is it today?" I asked why there were no notices of the increased prices if thatwas the case. She stated there were notices all over the place. I could not locate any notices of anywhere of an across theboard price increase anywhere on the building or the order kiosk. I told her it is illegal to advertise a product at one priceand charge a higher one at checkout. She said "is it? Too bad." I asked for her supervisor's name, she said it was Clarisa,no last name. I asked for the owners name and number. CJ, no last name either. No phone number for anyone either, they don'thave last names or telephone numbers. She laughed and walked away as did the 4 or 5 other workers with her. She has been therebefore when I ordered and usually throws the food out the window at the customer. I know the food quality and accuracy of ordershas gone down quite a bit recently (bacon croissant for a sausage, egg and cheese biscuit for insurance and a half full cup ofcold coffee, no condiments as requested). I did not want to complain but to be insulted, laughed at, lied to and overchargedis it. I will be in touch with both the owner and the corporate office as there is no reason to insult the customer for wantinga receipt or a correct price.
