I did an online order for delivery. My order was delivered to the wrong house and left on the ground. Ordered ONE xl large meatzza pizza and used my $10 papa rewards credit waited an HOUR just for the driver to get here and tell... me that he didn?t have my order and didn?t realize until he got to my house which is the dumbest thing I?ve ever heard , askedhim what was the point of even coming to my house if he didn?t even have the order and he stated that he and another driverclosed out my ticket at the same time and the other driver had it which is utterly insane , called in only to be told I?d haveanother 30 min wait and all they offered was a drink!!! And here it is two hours later and I still don?t have my food !!! definitely notifying their corporate office at this very moment to communicate their inability to rectify situations that arecaused by their own employees !!!!! Placed an order in the store and told the cashier I had to run to another store while it's cooking. She assured me it would be... done in 15-20 min. I go run my errand and come back 30mins later and they havnt even started it. Had to wait an additional30min. No reason for that to happen. Order with caution. Read more
We are staying at Hampton's Inn on Willis Circle and had a chicken barbecue pizza delivered. Absolutely delicious! This was the... best Papa John's pizza I have had in a long time. The driver was on point. He called to let me know he was here. We were alreadywaiting outside. He went above and beyond his job. The driver made sure to add cups, plates, and napkins to our bag. Thank youso much for you fast and friendly service. You guys made our night easy and less messy. We always forget to bring paper plateswith us. So thank you so much!
