This place is very expensive and the service is slow, and the hours always seem to be crazy and never what they post online!... But, their ice cream and boba drinks are to die for, and they have tons of options! Definitely a large menu with something foreveryone! I enjoyed the strawberry slushy, it was great. Their rolled oreo ice cream is amazing, its a must try if you haven't had it yet.

This isn't my style of ice cream shop but my daughter wanted to try it out. We ordered the bubble tea and it tasted very good if... you like this sort of thing and two of the rolled ice creams, which were also good. The young girl cashier was very friendly andhelpful. In all honesty we probably wouldn't go back but it's just because of our preference, nothing against Ice Queen. Read more

The ice cream was great, and we have never seen it rolled like this before. The only reason it was 4 stars was because 1 out of... the 2 employees there was pretty rude. She acted like we were bothering her with our questions about the ice cream. It was ourfirst time time seeing it like this and just had a few questions. Read more
The lady that was at the counter served our group of twenty people. It seemed like she was the only one working and we still... recieved quality service. The bubble tea was very good and the ice cream she prepared was delicious! She was working so hard andit was so good! 5 stars for sure! Read more
