Great food! Staff was friendly and helpful. Was busy and we had to wait a little to get our order, but it was correct and hot.
Terrible, will not eat here again. Trash is piled up in the front and in the back by the restrooms. Out of lots of food and... drink products. Did not give us our entire order. Floor is gross and sticky. It shows an extreme case of poor or no management. Read more

I gave it a two stars simply because the quality has gone down overtime. The service and the actual subs. I don't think they... take pride in making their subs anymore. There are alot of young kids working who are just slapping the sandwich together,screaming out your name to pick up your order, and no fulfilling your taste buds. There's no real customer experience when yougo there. Also, the drink machine is inconsistent especially with watered down beverages. There should always be a manager onduty to keep the place up to par. Read more
I haven?t ordered from this restaurant yet but I probably will after this experience: I had a door dash order and the store... didn?t have it for some reason but only the order I had, NO OTHER DOOR DASH ORDERS WERE AFFECTED, I ended up waiting 30 minuteson my customer?s order an I was kinda upset at first because it kept me from getting any other orders but it wasn?t his fault ormines. Whoever the manger was that was on duty today at 1:24 pm is the best manager ever! I don?t know his name but he handledthe situation very well, while fixing the drink machine and training someone and then helping his team fix orders at the tablehe stayed calm the entire time an kept apologizing and GREETING EVERY CUSTOMER THAT WALKED THROUGH THE DOOR with a positiveattitude. Subs are tasty with great quality, the restaurant is clean. Compare to other fastfood chains, you have to wait few minutes until... your food is cooked, but it's still worth. Read more
The subs have gone downhill and the customer service is getting worse and worse.. very sad because I used to love this place
