I keep giving this place a shot ONLY because of my kids. But the service is always poor and this is the only donut place I know... of that never has donuts. They?d be better off just taking the donut menu down and just telling you what they have available. Atdrivethru a couple weeks ago, asked for 3 different types of donuts. They were out. Finally just had to ask so what DO youhave?? Today, asked one employee how long on donuts, she shrugged her shoulders. Waited about 5 mins for another employee tofinally come up and tell me it would be at least another 30mins. I get it?s after lunch rush (2:30p), but the name of the placeis Dunkin DONUTS. I am not sure of the newer bad reviews, though there are probably times the service is slow or bad. The place was recently... renovated and is well run during the work hours for me. Great for work coffee as I work nearby. I will update if I have a badexperience like some say to have had. Read more
Dunkin has really good iced lattes now with milk alternatives. They use Planet Oat brand oat milk I believe. My favorite.... Definitely getting my iced lattes from here! And did I mention great price? Great Price. Read more
The lady tried to give my wife a cup of milk and called it coffee. Another employ had to tell there was no coffee in that after... my wife told her twice. Must of been the cell phone in her hand she was on while working for the company. Training needed! Read more
If I could give it a negative 5 I would. horrible rude minimum wage paid losers that can?t even read. One lady has teeth missing... and spits when she talks and it makes me want to throw up! I had a drive thru order scheduled through the app in the morning. It took 50 minutes before I was given my order. Then, I tried... the doughnuts after I got home. They were dry and tasteless like they were 3 days old. I won't be back to this place ever again.Nasty. Read more
This location is always out of the original donuts. I always come here months apart from each other, and the reason why is... because whenever I do come they are always out of the original glazed donuts. How does a donut shop not keep one of it's mostpopular donut in stock? Someone isn't up on their inventory game. LaGrange needs a Krispy Kreme. Can't wait until HeirloomDonuts opens down the street soon, they won't run out of donuts since they are made in store daily. Read more
