I have came to churches mutiple times in hopes to get food. Everytime i arrive they always come up with some issue or excuse to... not serve. I came around 1- to 2 pm a couple days ago and they say ? we are out of chicken?. Im very confused because this isliterally a chicken place how could you possibly be out of chicken. I tried coming to get food from churches a couple days laterat the exact time of 9:19 and they say they are closed when it is implied on the website that they close at 10. How are youallowed to close 40 minutes early? I?ve had many issues before hand that are in the past and i?ve overcome but this is the worstrestaurant in my whole city.The whole management should be replaced . Read more

Surely not what it used to be. 16 piece meal comes with a literal hand full of fries called a "large" and the mashed potatoes... are 3 of the small cups, not even the 1 large. Spent right at $50 to have to ration out fries and split small cups of mashedpotatoes between people. Glad the sweet tea was good or it would have been zero stars. Not again! Read more

Closed at 5pm on a monday. Got stuck in line for over 25 mins behind other customers until I was able to pull up to the window... where we were told through the glass they were closed. People trying to order drive thru probably don't see that tiny sign onthe front door. Maybe a sign on the screen when you order would be better. They knew people were in line because you could hearthem in the back with the door open. Read more

Ok Sunday at noon and we had to wait for hot chicken!! We waited for 10 minutes ???? We ordered a mixed box of chicken of course... they brought out a box of legs and thighs!! I always check my box. My dad took back inside then they trust to ask him for thereceipt you know we had been sitting out there waiting on mixed box of chicken. No courtesy drink. She wouldn't even give us acup of water!!! She said water is the same price as a drink but we had to wait 10 minutes for chicken. The chicken, okra, cornand biscuits were hot and good that is the only high point of this review. Read more

I would rate my recent visit 5 ????. The customer service was real good. Did not get the name, the face of the female was new.... She speaks clearly, repeats orders, smiles and communicate when making it to the window and food is already at the windowwaiting. Food has been having the old flavor again as well as fresh and not hard from previous visits. Obviously someone isthere properly training and takes customer service seriously. Read more

I?m pretty sure this place is closed / closing soon for good. I?ve gone to this location three times in the past two weeks and... each time they say their system is down and cannot take orders. It has become apparent that either the system has actually beendown for two weeks (in which case they should say that they are closed on Google Maps) or the more likely option which is theworkers there do not want to work but instead want to get paid to sit there and say the system is down. This is the WORST place you can ever imagine to purchase food. The customer service is nonexistent they are shortstaffed the... manager is very rude and the food is quite frankly mediocre. I placed an online order on the companies website. I went to pickup the order only to be told I needed to cancel my order. Nobody contacted me to inform me that my order was not able to befulfilled. I was informed that it could not be canceled in the store and I could not be issued a refund. I offered to pay thepremium for the white meat that was denied. I requested the GM information was provided with the district manager Trent. ( Imust admit the lady was nice and tried her best to resolve the issue) unlike the manger (Taniel/Taneal) in the store who wasrude and disrespectful. This lady also charged my card illegally after being informed by the district manager to provide me arefund. Although, I didn?t get my exact order I after two hours and three trips to the location; speaking with customer service;complaining via a survey and writing an email. I plead to any potential customer ? Please DO NOT SUPPORT thisestablishment. The place needs to clean inside and out , new management is essential with whom is trained properly withcustomer service traits and more employees are needed.
