What stands out as exceptional is the entire experience. The food is, of course great. But the experience comes from the... impeccable service, warm atmosphere and all the extras. Be sure to take advantage of the excellent beverage selection - weenjoyed everything from the Crodino aperitif, to San Peligrino sparking water, to Highland Park 12 scotch (from the impressiveScotch table), 10 year old Tawny Port with the cheese course and cappuccino with desert. Had the pleasure of eating here during their French Cuisine setting. 8 course meal! Serving size was adequate that we were quite... full but not stuffed at the end. Our servers were fantastic, very knowledgeable about the various prepared foods we enjoyed. Theatmosphere was simple, and plain, but pleasing. The table setting was amazing. And the food, and drinks, incredible. Althoughit is just over a 2 hour jaunt from Regina, I would guarantee anyone wanting to impress someone with a great experience, it isworth the drive.
