Need to fix your hours on the McDonald's website and Google bc it says you are open 24 hours on Thursday, Friday and Saturday... nights and everytime I go by there you are closed so being open 24 hours is pointless. But tried calling to see if you wereactually open before driving up there so a guy answered the phone and said you were closed at 2am? If you are closed then whyare employees there at 2am when you say you closed at midnight. Sounds like someone just didn't want to do thier job to me. Read more
I ordered a mcdouble dressed like a big Mac. They did not fix it like I ask and instead of giving good customer service and... adding the sauce a girl told me that she could refund me and I would have to go back through the long line and reorder. so we ordered two frappes, two qt pounders with bacon, cheese, and mayo only and two large fries. pretty simple order huh? the... fries were extremely old, the burgers both had tomato on them, one of the burgers had such burnt bacon that you smelled it whenyou opened it up. and the buns were hard as a rock. i am not one to come on here bashing any restaurant but we sat for an extra10 minutes at the third window just to receive old food and our burgers were incorrectly made. They never get my order right. Order straight off the menu, nothing special. Ordered a large size order and got a medium drink.... Paid and was pulled out of line to wait for my menu meal. When I got it, it was cold and there was a hair in the frys. Thisplace needs so management to get these children working there to pay attention to what they are doing. Read more
My boyfriend ordered a Mc Griddle from the drive thru on his way to work he noticed it was the wrong sandwich. Since he was on... his way to work he had no time to go back.During his Lunchbreak he returned and told the manager (sorry didn't get your name)that was working on Friday @ 11 what happened earlier. She gave her apologies for the wrong order and produced the rightsandwich and even gave him a free apple pie for his inconvenience. Grandson had a code for a free large French fry, and we ordered 2 mcflurries. Lady at the window had no clue how to charge us.... Had to get a manager. We were charged 7.88 (3.59×2 + tax) for what looked like a child's mcflurry. 1 of them came with blackhair on the cup. Didn't eat any of it as we don't know what's on the inside. Will not ever go back. Disgusting. No one in myfamily has black hair. Read more
If you order by app to pickup curbside expect to wait forever. The manager gave me 2 coupons for burgers for my wait but they... expire very quickly and you are only allowed to use one at a time. She did allow me to use them both this time only because sheissued them. The burgers were nasty and undercooked. I will never be back. I gave this place a 5 star rating a few months backbut now it's a big 1 star. Read more
