UPDATED AUG 2022 Just a quick update on why I have removed 2 stars from my review. What started out as awesome has now taken a... nose dive. Burned shrimp, dry grilled chicken, no dressing included in bag with take out salad. No napkins or silverware anothertime. I've been there 3 more times since my first 5 star review and it gets worse each time. It the lack of attention to detailand the drop in quality of the food. It's disappointing because it is so convenient and they offer tons of healthy options.Unfortunately I will now no longer be going there as I can't count on it being consistent and efficient. And for $19 every timeI have lunch, I would rather go somewhere I can count on. I'm sorry The Salad House. I tried. Food is very fresh and delicious.I've been there a few times now and have tried different things on the menu. I have not been disappointed. Service is reallyfriendly. They are newly opened and they are packed every time I go. Staff is learning but very professional. Only thing I wouldsuggest improvement on is the music level. It is very hard to hear the employees when your placing your order due to theacoustics in the building. I would recommend turning it down just a touch. This is a great place to grab lunch. I had been looking forward to the opening of this place for months and started to get worried that it wouldn't live up to my... expectations, but I was WRONG!! Soooooo fresh. Staff is soooo nice kind and happy!!!!! Got the cauliflower sweet and spicy OMG the best flavors EVER!!! Didn?t... need sauce that is offered ranch honey mustard tzatziki etc they are good all alone! Also got the seeet heat wrap.Phenomenal!!!! Ate a meal with the family here. This is not just a "salad" place. They offer paninis, wraps and sandwiches as well. I had the... Thai'm wrap with shrimp. Vegetables were fresh and crispy. Excellent Thai sauce on the wrap. Tried a bowl of their vegetarianchili..yum!!! We also sample their absolutely delicious Thai cauliflower nuggets and amazing sweet potato fries. The food here is really good. It's a little pricy but when you consider the quality it's worth it! I'm addicted to the black... and Bleu salad. We did have an issue with one of our sandwiches, it was missing the sauce, but it was a miscommunication andthe store owner went above and beyond to correct it, exceeding any experience I have had at any other food establishment. It'shard these days to find a place that really cares about the customer experience. I will 100 percent continue ordering from here. Read more
