The owner has reached out to me about this experience and gave me a complimentary gift card and apologized for the mix-ups. So,... today I picked up my favorite - spicy chicken wrap (no mayo) with humus and salad. Apology accepted! Not happy with today'sservice. They forgot to give me my drink and then when I got back to work, my wrap was covered with mayo. I called and spokewith the server who stated that it was the kitchen's fault, not hers. Not my fault either - I just paid for the mistake anddidn't have any lunch to show for it - will not be going here on my lunch hour anymore. After several years, it's over. Read more
First and last visiting to this location. Cashier was very friendly but moved very slowly. The meat grape were fantastic but the... teramasu was completely frozen and she stopped and stood there talking to a co-worker with my order what seamed like a minute.She definitely needs customer service training. Scott location is my favorite. Read more
Changed my mind on this place. Don't ever get the pasta or anything from here if you want it all over your car. These people... don't use there brains when packaging food. My brand new car is full of sauce and I doubt Zues will pay to get it washed. I usedto eat here a lot but this place is going to trash like all of the other locations. Screw this place. And the new papercontainer is a joke. Why would you change it? It never leaked with the old plastic containers. Read more
