Great service! Our waitress Maddie was super nice and very helpful! It is a little cold so if you're one of those that gets cold... easily you should probably have a light jacket with you. The food was amazing all around! We came during the weekend brunch!Bloody Mary's and pineapple mimosa were on point! I had the Waffles and they did not disappoint! I wrote the following review two weeks ago with a two star rating. Tonight, I went again and had a much better experience. The... manager ensured we were taken care of and really went above and beyond. I could not be happier with how the situation washandled. Food is great and staff is great. I go to world of beer every week for trivia. I bring lots of people with me andgenerate World of Beer lots of customers. We always buy food, drinks, and tip well. Tonight I ordered a chicken sandwich and thechicken was literally as thin as paper. I sent it back to be told by the waitress (who was amazing) that upper management saw noissue with what was served to me and claimed that was the standard. Decided to have an early birthday celebration with my family here since I had only been a few times and wanted to try some new... drinks. We were seated at our table outside (our choice since the weather was nice!) and our server, Lauren, got us hooked upwith menus and drink list. She was very personable and had good conversations while she was checking on our table. She made usfeel welcome and gave our table a good amount of attention, while also taking care of her other tables. She even gave drinkrecommendations that turned out well! Now, because of her, we will be back! Great service on this trip. I did read some otherreviews and I am not sure if they have made changes since then, but I hope everyone can have a great experience like we did. Read more
My husband wanted to eat somewhere casual for his birthday and to have a few beers. Lauren was our server and she was absolutely... fantastic!! I?m not really a fan of beer but decided to try a flight of cider and beer. I told her what I like and let herchoose for me. Her choices were perfect! Everything we ordered was very good and we enjoyed our dinner. What could have beenjust an average restaurant experience ended up being a wonderful evening and that?s all thanks to Lauren. Read more
The flat breads wasnt very good. My daughter got the pancakes they were 10/10. Staff was fine. For 2 our bill was 31 before tip.... So well priced for the amount of food you get. One of my friends got a burger instead and said it was really good. If i wouldhave got the burger maybe I would have gave it 4/5 stars, but I didn't. Read more
Myself and some friends decided to attend the Harry Potter Brunch. We were SUPER excited! We made a reservation and when we got... there they had a line of ppl out the door waiting to be seated. We went in and were seated immediately. We went to order theirbottomless mimosas and were told they were out of mimosas. We decided to order ?the goblet of fire? one of their Harry Potterthemed drinks. We were told they were also out of that. We eventually found someone they did have in stock. The waitress was notfriendly at all and had a very ugly attitude the entire time. We ordered the ?Golden Snitch? donut holes and they looked nothinglike the picture. We ordered pancakes which took 1.5 hrs to be brought out. We then ordered our meals which were super small inproportion, we even looked it up online to see what it was supposed to look like and we had not even half of what was pictured.This place is false advertising at its best! We arrived at 11:30 and did not leave there until after 2:00. The glasses wereextremely dirty, and we never got silverware. We asked several times for silverware. We were so hungry and tired of waiting thatwe literally ate with our hands. Read more
If I could give less stars I would. Table wasn't clean. And literally there was nobody at any table. Just 2 people sitting at... the bar. 10 minutes to get cold cheese nachos, and they were gross. A big sloppy cold mess. We had to flag down the waitress bygoing in the kitchen and waving at her... She was busy on her phone. 20 minutes after we ordered she comes out to tell us theyare out of some of what we ordered. Whe we went in, we were the only table. Table that walked in after we ordered got their foodbefore she came to tell us anything. Manager tried to blame the delivery trucks. Then she said we'll everyone was learning...Learning how to use her cell phone! Complete nightmare. Read more
I love going to world of beer every time I?m in Lafayette! The bartender Kansas is always so attentive and her personality is... truly what makes this restaurant have such a great vibe. The drinks are always so well made and the foods pretty good! Read more
