They?ve gotten my order wrong multiple times in the last few months. Missing a smoothie from a meal and then trying to charge me... full price for a smoothie that was supposed to be discounted in the meal. Also, Smokey grilled cheese was not toasted, it stillhad solid cold cheese- not once but twice in two weeks. I just order and the same happened again! However, this time they didn?teven put the tomato sauce it was just plain Dry bread, a little bit of cheese and cold bacon. I will officially be done withthis location. Read more

Place an order for delivery and never received it. I called them and told them to redeliver but did not get the order. I made... the calls to get reimburse and the girl from tropical smoothie gave me door dash number I called them and they called tropicalsmoothie and they called me back and I gave the details. Then The girl from tropical smoothie called me back mad at me askingme with a tone why I called tropical smoothie and not door dash like she told me to do . I was mad the way she talk to me so Itold her not to put me in the middle . Is not my fault I did not get the order and that I just wanted my money back and hangup!! What happened to this spot! This is the third time I go and there is an issue. My most recent visit last Friday (5/6/22), I... never received my food. I'm not sure what is going on in here. I pulled up in the line to order. As I approached my turn toorder, I was instructed to wait a moment. After about 3 minutes, a guy came on the speaker to take my order. He kept saying "isthat all" without me saying what sides I wanted for the meals. I pulled forward after being rushed to order. I noticed a truckleave the line. I didn't make much of it until it was my turn to pay and receive my food. Well, I waited at the window for 10mins. HONESTLY! I didn't want to leave because I had already ordered. No one ever came to the window to say that they weredelayed or anything. The young guy came to the window to work on the register nearby, but still never acknowledged me. A fewworkers were walking back and forth, but I was never addressed. At 12 minutes, I finally just left. I guess that is what theywanted. I go here at least 3x a week & each time the employees are very nice and always greet me. They are extremely busy & customers... need to learn to be kind. The employees will also recommend something for me to eat & I always appreciate their respect &efforts!! Read more

7/12/20 post I came through around 2-ish and the service was extremely slow at this location. Management should hire more... employees to fulfill orders for patrons in a more timely manner. I ordered 2 smoothies. The Detox Island Green with Fat Burneradded--came out quickly, but my other order took 15 minutes (for. ???? watermelon smoothie). When I received my smoothie...itlooked as though it was on the counter for the 15 min. wait. The smoothie did not taste as SWEET as the locations in New Iberia,Carencro, and the other Lafayette spot further down Ambassador by I-10. Not only was the wait long, but the smoothie was a hugedisappointment for me. Wasted money. I will never come back to this spot. Management needs to hire more people to fill theorders AND possibly observe the other managers and workers in Carencro or New Iberia's Tropical Cafe Smoothie. Read more
