Overpriced for the experience. Food was ok at best. Having the server in a t-shirt and little workout shorts was unacceptable.... Watching the cook, with gloves on, use his cell phone AND touching/preparing food was a serve safe violation for sure. It's likey'all don't know how to run a restaurant. We won't be going back. These burgers are not what ground patti used to serve. This was dry, small and not the quality ground patti used to serve. I... actually thought it was a turkey burger. I hope The Ground Patti in Houma has not become this. Service was great tho. Read more
Visited for lunch for the first time at this location. We were greeted promptly and were told we could sit anywhere of our... choosing. As they do with all customers, we were given a little container of whole roasted peanuts to snack on while waiting forour meal to come out. Our waitress was very friendly and attentive. Me and my wife ordered onion rings for an appetizer whichwere very good with the sauce that came with them. Burgers are the main attraction here so no surprise on what we ordered. Ourburgers were cooked to our liking and served with fresh crispy fries. I recommend this place for a good burger and will bereturning. Read more
My wife really liked the Ground Patti by UL campus. We would drive past the other one in town. This was the first time under new... ownership. The burgers were not fit for consumption. We were 5 people and none of us finished our food. Waitress was totallyoblivious to the fact our plates were still full of food. Sorry, I wish I had better things to say. The flavor of my burger was amazing, unfortunately it was extremely charde. The loaded fries were also very good too, no... complaints on that. The wings are huge, unfortunately the spicy Buffalo sauce is far from spicy but still really good. The staffmembers were also pretty amazing. I'd probably give it another shot! Read more
Sign of the times. Haven't eaten here in about a year, the location isn't as convenient as it used to be. While they have... renovated, everything else has downsized. Got my usual grilled chicken with cheese. The chicken is half the size and youcouldn't find the cheese. Back in day the chicken hung over the bun and you had enough cheese for two sandwiches and yourfries. Today the fries were burnt to crisp. A shame to good restaurant. Read more
Smallest tuna steak I?ve ever gotten from a restaurant. Extremely over priced for such a small portion. This was literally... from a tuna steak that was cut in half. Definitely not the same restaurant I?ve been eating at for the past 20+ years. Willnever eat here again. Read more
