The sushi is very fresh! Recommend the all you can eat lunch if you have an appetite, 3 chefs rolls make it worth the cost and... you can order as many as you can eat. This was my 1st time eating at Sushi Masa. Our Server was helpful and asked us if we were familiar with the Buffet. She went... over the menu with us and gave us enough time to review our options. I am usually a little nervous ordering at new restaurantsbut she gave us enough time for our selection. We ordered a lot but we were mindful to not waste because it does state on themenu that if you waste, you’ll be charged for the extra. Needless to say, we didn’t leave anything on our plates. So why the low rating? During covid times, it's good to be on top of your togoorder game. Sushi Masa has a policy in place where they are supposed to confirm all the order is out of the kitchen, then staplethe togo bag shut. This is as much for convenience to the customer as it is a visual indicator that the order is complete to thestaff. This is a good policy- if it is followed. Over the past year, I have had to check my order when I get to the car becauseI have had a $14 roll be missing 3 times. Even with the bag stapled and visually completed... Tonight, it was a Tuesday.
