Just walked out of your establishment downtown after the rudest service experience. My child wanted turkey instead of ham for... the B.M.T., so I simply and politely asked the lady working behind the counter if we could switch the meats. Her response was ahuff and a very rude "I guess." I asked if the answer was I guess or in fact, yes. I offered to pay extra for the switch but shecontinued to be rude to me and even made a physically threatening body gesture towards me with her body. We walked out withoutfinishing our order because I will not have myself or my children subjected to that kind of behavior. If she doesn't like herjob, maybe try something else NOT in a customer service position. Will never step foot into this Subway again! Read more

One of the crappiest service ever.. Went there at 450 pm one time on Saturday and person turn off the light and said we r... closed.. Even though the website said open till 8 .. And when I try to reach out by calling and she just hang up with outtalking .. Very rude Read more
