The 15 yr old child left to run the store alone was untrained, poor darling. She states she's scheduled to work all nights... alone. Unsafe for a child imo. Today I my friend went to get us both sandwiches. There is always a nice employee that helps us out but today there was a rude... grown woman who called herself a manager. If she treats her customers like that then she shouldnt have that title. She should gowork for McDonald's or burger king where she belongs and not ruin subways service. Man with long light brown (blonde)braids and 10 or so ear piercings gestured for my order. My wife had wrote her order down (she... is very meticulous), so to make his job easier, I handed him the list she wrote. He looked at me with a sarcastic face, like ifI can't tell him what I want, he was not going to serve me. I was very intimidated by him, but verbally gave him my orderanyway. I should have known that I was in for the worst service I?ve ever experienced when I walked through the door. Instead of... greeting us, the guy behind the counter stared blankly. I ordered the turkey bacon GUACAMOLE wrap. When I asked if he putguacamole on it, he said ?no, no one usually likes it on there?. When I referenced the NAME of the wrap, he said, ?we don?t haveany?. He toasted a sandwich without asking, and rang me up before I could complete the order. He was the most rude employee Ihave ever dealt with and I will NOT eat there ever again. I waited in the lobby for at least five minutes. I thought no one was there. Then a guy comes from the back..sagging pants, no... apology for the wait. I begin making my sandwich. I choose mozzarella cheese and he's throwing the cheese all over the sandwich.Then he disappeared in the back for another few minutes. I think you get the idea. Terrible service. Read more
