Quality and service are our number one priorities. We have been having problems with door dash and being understaffed but we... take our customer satisfaction very seriously. If we are provided with the correct address and phone number so our drivers canreach you when there is a problem we will do our level best to get your orders to you quickly and safely. Unfortunately some ofour customers have no problem trading their integrity for a free pizza and in order to stay in business we have to followcertain protocol when it comes to refunding or replacing an order. We absolutely do not want our customers to have to settle forpoor quality of our products or service so PLEASE call me or one of our other managers if you ever have a problem and we willdiligently find a solution. We really appreciate your business. Update-5/31/22 Guys, we use a call center to handle the majorityof our order taking (by pressing 3 when given option) because of covid related issues and also to keep cost down for both us andyou. For instance, in order to pay several people $10-$15 an hour to only answer phones, the cost of a pizza would nearlydouble. Please be patient with them but know that they do this for a living and are as focused on your satisfaction as we are.In todays world we find ourselves dealing with language barriers and strong accents more and more, but we do encourage everyoneto use the app or order online because that's where the savings really are anyway as the prices are different depending on whatmethod you choose to place your order. We eat here every two weeks or so I have to say I always call in to speak with the local store versus calling to speak with... their customer service which I think must be in another country because I can barely understand what they are saying. With allof that said they have awesome in store customer service and the pizza IS ALWAYS HOT AND FRESH! Favorite place to eat pizzalocally. Read more

STORE GM DAVID who lied about his store number when asked didn?t want to refund me on a $45.00 order my pizza was cold and I... didn?t like the way it smelled. When I called to complain he instantly cut me off and said my order was on the way. My order hadalready arrived and I was already disappointed and he wanted to answer my question with hearing me out. Stated that he was goingto send the delivery guy back to pick up the pizza to process my refund and never did. Once I called corporate they gave me thecorrect information about the store. Worst customer service experience ever. Accused me of wanting free food, if I spent 45.00on pizza and papadila. I only complained about the pizza, was informed they don?t do partial refunds. David became veryargumentative with me and as the GM this is unacceptable. I called corporate to find out he didn?t submit the refund. I told himif I came up there we were going to have problems, he asked was I threatening him. I told him no that?s a fact if I come upthere it?s going to be a problem because this is unacceptable. No one has come to get my order, but I spoke to corporate aboutit to get it escalated. It?s now almost 5pm I ordered this at 1:00 pm Read more
