Honestly the only thing wrong is the employees didn?t wash their hands or put on gloves before handling the food. Legit there... was a guy who just finished mopping and using cleaning supplies come directly over and grab a cookie and for my slice a girlwiping counters came directly over and put icing on my cookie cake slice. horrible, horrible service, i order three cakes in two weeks with another one on order this month, first order was ordered a... week before pick up it wasn't even done when i went to pick up and he said all he could do was put a name on them so he did in atacky and messy way. today i go to pick up two cakes , one was misspelled and the writing so soooo messy and tacky they squeezeda letter in to fix it which made it even worse and was told they couldn't make another one because they didn't have time theyhad to many valentines orders, EVEN though i had ordered mine over a week ago. she didn't give a single care sop thanks formaking a kids senior basketball night pitiful...... Would much rather other ice cream stores in the area for the price. For 3 single scoop cones we paid 4$ a piece. The scoop we... got was smaller than a kids scoop at better ice cream parlors and at those places you don't pay for a plain cake cone. Howeverthere was a variety of flavors and the staff was friendly. - edit: this wasn't a marble slab. This was a Hershey's ice cream. B Read more
