I?m not one to leave bad reviews but this is a must. I ordered 2 M&M double doozies through Waitr, when my guy came to deliver... the cookies I looked in my bag and saw I had 2 M&M cookies. By this time my driver already left. I called to get a refund or apartial refund. The guy told me that he apologized that the lady who gathered my order was moving too fast and she made amistake. I was told to call customer service and they should take care of it. Needless to say, this is the last time I dobusiness with GAC in the mall. Read more

a great staff and there cookies are always fresh. every time they decorate my cake they always do a great job

The place was not clean. Especially right now you would think it would be. There were 2 people talking to the server so I waited... back because of the 6 foot rule. Before the person that was being waited on finished someone else in the back came to the frontto wait on a couple that had just walked up to the counter. The person that was helping the first 2 people made eye contactwith me and knew I was waiting. No one said anything. I did not want to cause a problem. So a week later I had to go back tothe mall.
