My first visit with my granddaughter was miserable. Lack of product and qualified service workers were quite disappointing. ... Most likely my last visit and to the owners whomever you may be, must not need the income fro your investment. Maybe this placeis a tax write off. You can do better. Horrible customer service and very rude employees !!!! I went to the facility around 8:45pm saw the chairs were on top of the... table thinking they were maybe closed . The sign on the door didn?t have what time the store closed on Saturday. So I asked theemployee if they were open they told me yes . I walked up to the ice cream part of the store the employee asked me what I wantedand told her . She mention to me after she put the ice cream in the cups she couldn?t mix it . I am like ok ??that?s fine justput the toppings in another cup . She handed me the 3 cups , I then asked for lids to cover she ignored me . She went straightto the register to check out. I then told her I wanted cookies she sighed out loud told me the total I paid her . She thenpreceded to get the cookies with the blue gloves . I asked her why did you grab the gloves knowing the gloves are used forcleaning . Her response I didn?t clean anything . So I asked again for the lids . She told me she couldn?t find them and gave methe lids that goes on a drink to put over my ice cream cups knowing that it doesn?t fit properly . I asked another girl who hadblue gloves that was mopping who was the manger she said her . So I asked do you all normally grab cookies with blue gloves toget cookies she told me yes because they saved everything since they were closing . I normally love coming here to get ice creamfor me and my husband because of the great customer but tonight it seemed like I disturb them since they started to clean upearly . It?s one thing to start picking up early but if the business doesn?t close until 9 you shouldn?t get mad at the customerfor wanting to purchase goods . The service at this location was terrible. I went today with my grandchildren and my daughter. Before I was finished ordering... the workers proceeded in waiting on customers behind me and fulfilling their order before completing mine. Five customer'sorders were completed before mine and then I had a hard time getting one of the workers to check me out. When I spoke to theassistant General manager, she insulted me by stating she wasn't in a position to give products away. I told her all I wantedwas good service, nothing free. My first visit to this location was a few days ago. I didn't really enjoy the flavor I chose but my daughter loves the ice... cream, cookies. The staff was really friendly and patient with my little one while she made her selection. We will visit again. Read more
