Kudos to you all for coming up with a delicious combo of mac n cheese with spicy chicken bites in the bowl. However, the bites... are only greasy crust and no meat inside. Can you just put nuggets? Also the bowls are never full for the price. My most recenttrial had 1/3 parts grease and 2/3 part mac n cheese. Seriously not good. Can we not have grease in bowl? I will not try again. Read more

Awful place. Awful and ignorant customer service. Treated like an inconvenience after we stood there for 5 minutes waiting to be... acknowledged in the EMPTY restaurant. Then was met with attitude and eye rolling. Typical customer service these days ???? sucha shame. Then we had to endure the intensely loud music coming from the kitchen. The staff was so unbelievably rude to myhusband. It was infuriating. The entire experience was awful and we won?t be back. I wish I could give an even worse rating.Avoid this place. I love KFC. As a pregnant woman, I crave it. This KFC location has done NOTHING but disappoint in the customer service arena. I... gave 2 stars because when you CAN actually get SERVICE AT ALL, the food is great. It really is. It?s probably just the currentstaff, but WOW. 30m to close means that you are STILL OPEN. Super disappointing to go through the drive thru and literally haveno one even RESPOND on the speaker AND avoid the window. Just wow. Wow. So disappointing. Read more
