They don't answer when you call. I tried for an hour and a half to figure out how to get my order. This what happened.... I... ended up not being able to pick it up and couldn't change anything on the app and they wouldn't answer their Texas phone number. I even tried calling the Chili's it's in and no answer. Now I have no food and I've been taken for $30 dollars. All I neededwas to let them know I needed it Delivered instead.. smh and this would have been my first time eating there. Got my food 10 minutes late because the team members are doing god knows what outside or inside . Watched the young lady walk... right past my car from the other parking lot just to NOT bring out the orders that WERE READY !!! Waiting for HER to do her job.Food is good customer service trash .
