Sign at entrance said to wait for seating. Waited there for about 6 min before someone told me to seat myself. Another 5 min to... get drink order. About 6-7 min later someone came to take my order but I hadn't received menu yet. The menu I received had halfof the menu missing. The table was sticky. Had to get salt from another table and it was almost empty. Received food, some of itcold. Pancakes came later than rest of order and were small and flat. No one at checkout when I went to leave. Before you come in here bring a jacket!!!!! BUT: Had Ms.Sky as our server and she did amazing. Fast and friendly, had stuff out... that we didn't know we wanted, probably the best server there in my opinion. The host was sweet so the environment wasdefinitely great. Read more
This visit to ihop was 9/10!! Food was delicious, great service!! Pancakes were perfect!!!! I did have a dirty coffee cup tho ;(
Waitress was so great but the food quality and cleanliness was awful. It took an hour to get our food, husband's steak omelet... was overcooked, and my eggs had an odd smell/taste. Bathrooms also smelled awful and were not kept up. It was superdisappointing since we used to never have this experience at IHOP! Read more
The service is so slow! It was just my daughter & I so not like it was a big party. They sit us down in a wet booth, instead of... simply wiping down with a dry cloth before sitting guest down. The food was on point & really good! Read more
I don't go to IHOP often, but in the Lafayette area, the location on Ambassador is far better than the one in Carencro. The... service as well as the food is more consistent. For the very economical prices, I feel you get a fair deal. The food won't knockyour socks off, but it's worth every penny you spend on it. Read more
As I stay on the road for work there wasn?t many places open on Christmas Day to get food..Thankfully this place was open and... the food was absolutely amazing.. Out of everything that was ordered, the new Thick and Fluffy French Toast is what I wanted most and it's what I ended up having... to throw away! Nothing about that bread was thick or fluffy. Literally I was served two thin slice breads with no toppings! Shedid offer to add the toppings I asked for(that they decided to throw on pancakes I never ordered) but I didn't want it afterseeing them struggling a** toast. Read more
