The food was just about as good as we'd heard it was, but the cashier had a terrible attitude, and the team making the food were... stretched way too thin with only three people serving this many guests. The restaurant was VERY MUCH in need of cleaning, andtrash was literally piling up to the point it was on the floor by the trash area. There was food under the tables, people werewiping off their own tables to be able to sit down, and in times when there was a lull, the cashier just stood there doingnothing. Read more

It was so bad I don't know where to start. Floors were greasy and very slippery. Counter service couldn't seem to understand our... order even after repeating it three times and still got it wrong. We ordered soft drinks, received cups and then found out thedrink machine was not working. Offered shakes in exchange except I don't eat ice cream, so that was a bust. Where do I start...? Greasy and very unsafe floors. The air conditioning is not working as it should to provide a positive... pressure. Humidity is pouring into the restaurant. Couple that with a coating of grease on the floor and a very hazardouscondition is created. A BEEPING NOISE does not stop coming from the fountain drink machine. Food..is passable. Inattentivestaff. Amazing meat. Amazing service and Custard. The potatoes. The fries are incredibly delicious and everything no matter what it is... is always up to par. This Freddy's is an amazing place to grab a bite to eat without spending as much as you would at wafflehouse for less agreeably tasty and satisfying food. Both for the gut the brains in our gut cranium and hearts. The love in whichthe food is made and prepared. Im sure has something to do with the deliciousness of it as well.???? Read more

It was ok. It was really over priced for the taste. The "steak "burger was so bland, I thought my sodium conscious grandma... cooked it. Please do yourself a favor and do not order any food here! I love Freddys! I feel like it's one of those places where "what you see is what you get" and in their case, they make delicious... diner food and decadent desserts just like you'd expect from a retro inspired diner, if not exceeding expectations. I wasn'treally yelping much the first two times I went there so I don't have pics of it, but both times I had a turtle sundae and it wasgreat. My sundaes had a LOT of pecan HALVES....not pecan crumbs....pecan HALVES *melts*...drizzled with warm chocolate sauce andcaramel with a cherry on top (literally!). As for FOOD food, the only sandwich I've ordered thus far was the patty melt. It wasgreat the first time and even better the second time :) you can't go wrong with grill top beef, cheese and grilledonions....but you CAN enhance it ten fold if you eat it with fry sauce YUM! Not too happy. Have gone to the one by River Ranch many times and loved it. We were close by this one, so stopped. Here they... don't put your food in a basket. They put a paper on the tray and put your food directly on the tray. Gross. I realize they werebusy with a church group in, but we weren't part of that group. This can't be normal procedures.
