The live band was God awful and annoying. The music didn't fit the restaurant theme. We rarely saw our waitress so it took a bit... to get a drink refill. I went there having high hopes for the place after going to the El Paso in New Orleans earlier this year.The menu was different to my disappointment except for a few things. The place was loud with tables way too close together. Eventhough the food was still really good I doubt I'd go back. I can't even stand New Orleans but I'd probably go back to theirlocation first just for the better atmosphere,service,and menu choices. Read more

Over 40, not into the 'bar scene', but still want to feel like you're 'out'? This is your place! It's loud, there's alcohol and... better than average Tex-Mex. This is a really good place to have a casual dinner with the significant other or your bestie. The food is always good. The... ambiance is nice. The staff is always friendly and helpful. All in all it's a great place but...... it is usually very full. Youmay have to wait or even call ahead for reservations if you have a big group. The wait is usually not too bad. If you go on aweek night it is prolly better if you don't want to have to wait. I would only order an appetizer if you have a group or arereally hungry because the portions are quite large. When other Mexican restaurants in the area refused serve us because we had a emotional support dog, El Paso welcomed us in their... outside patio area. The staff was amazing and friendly. They all came outside to play with Kodak (our dog). Our food was broughtto us quickly and was very delicious. Our drinks were loaded and tasted great! A great experience!
