All I can say is absolutely unprofessional. I went through the drive thru and was greeted normally and then followed up with... they are out of biscuits, tenders and jalapeños poppers. After hearing that I had to reevaluate my order which then I wasrushed by the girl on the intercom. After telling her I needed a second I could hear her making a bunch of disrespectfulcomments. Even after all that I still proceeded to order the family meal when she cut me off to tell me they had a 15 minutewait on spicy chicken. That's fine, but I asked will I still be charged full price since they do not have any biscuits or wouldI be given a substitute. She told me nope, I still pay full price with no substitute. So naturally I questioned how that madeany since and she got upset and said whatever and that I still had to wait 15 mins for the chicken anyway. I'm not sure whatthose 2 things had to do with each other but oh well. At this point you will never get my business and now I understand why thislocation is littered with bad reviews. Read more
I went for my parents so I only had service with them. I wanted cheese bombers but the employee said the grease wasn't hot, so... much for that. It was about 8 pm and they open till 10 but whatever. I didn't want a greasy meal after a?l. I ordered my mom ahot apple pie and they drizzle it with cream. That was a nice surprise I must say. Read more

Placed an order for roasted chicken,told it would be 15 minutes so we parked in front, ended up going inside, order taker said... she forgot. Got home and chicken was very small and dry . Very disappointed and still was hungry. Fed it to the cats outsidebecause they eat anything. Read more
I placed an ordered and my total $19.61, I requested for a large fries but only gotten small fries. The cashier said anything to... me and wouldn't resolve the order. Got a large drink as well and she didn't put no ice. This place needs to be shut down. Thrphone number listed on the receipt and phone book is not a working number. Never stopping there to do any business ever again. Isee why it's poor customer service. If I can give no stars, I would. Read more
I had stop going to this place for some years from the bad experience but recently I went back and whoever is running the place... now has it on point . I went there on 3 different days and every time the workers where nice and the food was hot and fresh!Keep it up Read more
They were out of the "Flaming Honey Megabites" so I opted for the same type meal. The nuggets were good. Ordered an Apple pie..... disappointment, no icing, & it was dry. Read more
The food was good. Hot and fresh. The staff was very friendly. On the slightly negative side, I was ok with it but some people... may not be ok with the staff being a little bit loud like they were yelling almost like they were arguing but they wernt. Theywere just talking to each other and talking about their personal lives outside of work. They just weren't being veryprofessional. That might not go well with some people.
