Always trying to give Chilis a second chance, I dont know how they're still open. 7pm on a Saturday. 45 minute wait which was... expected, although there were a lot of empty tables. We're a table of 6, we sat down. Didn't see our server until 15 minuteslater. Took about 10 minutes to get our drinks. They were out of multiple liquors so we had to switch our order. Our food cameout medium rare steak was rarer than rare. Another steak we ordered we were given ribs instead which again was bleeding out itwas so rare. Our server didn't show up often to check on our table. So we were out of beers for a while. Meanwhile 5 guestshave their food while I'm waiting anohter 14 minutes for mine to come out. The cheese I had gotten was molded. Just an allaround terrible experience. The place felt dirty, the kiosk on the table was extremely gross, the womens bathroom was filthy. We had to pay for our meal on our servers ipad. I'm not sure is chilis is understaffed or what the deal is but this is a brandnew chilis already going downhill. Read more

The food was pretty good. That was surely one delicious crispy chicken sandwich, the enchilada soup on the other hand wasn?t too... good in my opinion. The service was excellent. Crystal, our waiter, was so sweet and attentive! I don?t think I?ve ever had awaiter as sweet as she. One bright and beautiful girl with a wonderful smile. She?s a definite keeper. From my part of townthere aren?t really many people like her. She?s definitely good at her job! Read more

Visited 8/13/22 around 3pm and it was FILTHY! From the bathrooms, servers kiosk area, trash and large crumbs all over the... floor, to dirty dishes, tables and chairs. I ordered cheese fries, egg rolls, baked seafood pasta & shrimp & steak fajitas.Appetizer plates had dried specs of old food and it looked as if the bottom and outer surface the bowls hadn?t been washed indays. I thought nothing of the nausea that night, but the next day, I woke up with body aches (legs mostly), headaches, nausea,& vomiting. If they aren?t concerned about customers being turned off visible filth, they?re 9/10 not following food safetybehind the scenes. Ironic that the #1 highlight is ?LGBTQ friendly? when their underperformance isn?t friendly to ANYONE. Giveme a break!!! Read more

The sitting situation is confusing. There is not a sign to wait to be seated or a sign to seat yourself. My kids and I stood... there unsure of what to do while numerous employees passed without a word. When we finally decided that we were supposed to justpick a table and sit, it took at least 10 minutes for someone to engage with us. At that point, it was what do you want to orderand then a disappearing act. Another employee brought our drinks and then our food. My kid's drinks ran out without anyonenoticing nor offering refills. The next time an employee checked on us was once we had completed our meal and pretty much waslooking for a tip. For me I will go back to ordering ahead and picking up rather than eating at the restaurant at least then Iwill have better service. Read more

Two young ladies standing at the podium when we walked in, they both turned and looked at us and turned back without saying a... word. I even looked at my husband and said ?they really some greeter/hostess training.? After 2 minutes of just awkwardlystanding there, one young lady finally turned around and said ?hi, how many?? I told her 2, and then she tells me ?there?s a25-35 minute wait.? I glanced around and more than half of their tables were empty. I understand being understaffed, but there?sNO WAY. Unless they only had 2 servers, because there were only about 7 tables seated (excluding bar top), there?s absolutely noway. So we left because I refused to wait 35 minutes for a table in a 75% empty restaurant for mediocre food and service. Sadenough, this is Friday night @ dinner rush time. Buffalo Wild Wings happily sat us quickly! Read more

I walked into the restaurant hoping for a nice dessert. No one greated me for over 5 minutes. Servers and other workers kept... looking in my direction and no one even acknowledged me. Like "hi, we'll be right there." Would have been fine. When a workerfinally arrived she was rude. 25 minute wait for a table at an empty restaurant? There's plenty of places to sit. It's Monday. No one is there. Goes get the manager. She tried to "honey" me and tell me that's "just how the restaurant business is now". Sorude workers? I'll pass. Heading somewhere else to spend my money. Read more

After sitting in our booth for 15 minutes without a server even arriving at our table, we asked another server who was serving... our table. She said she would go get our server. 5 minutes later, still no service. Requested to speak to a manager, then hadtwo servers arrive at our table before the manager, whom never made an attempt to come to our table after our request. Iunderstand that some places are understaffed, but this location had lots of servers and not many tables seated at this time, which was around 3:00. Absolutely horrible service. I would not recommend this location to anyone. Went next door to BuffaloWild Wings and had drinks and chips with qucamole and salsa within 5 minutes. Much better service. Read more

The waitress, Juliana (Jewels) was great! The atmosphere is great, drinks were great. The disappointment was that it took an... hour to get our food after we ordered it. We were told that they were waiting for the seafood dishes. When we got our foodalthough the food was good the dishes that had chicken and steak seemed like they had been microwaved the bread was hard and thebeans had that crusty edge around the plate. Maybe they were short handed in the kitchen (not sure). They definitely need tostep it up in the kitchen. Read more
