Faith took my order. I said I wanted my latte with just one pump of vanilla and light with the milk. It was neither, I ask for... another which I never do but I couldn't drink it. She had another made but found a need to explain to me I should have orderedanother type of coffee. I felt I was reprimanded at this point. I tried to tell her this is my usual drink. I order this oftenfor years and many shops and never have an issue. Her way was phony and I felt her irritation with me, which makes me not wantto visit this CC's again. Read more
I can order the same latte from this location 3 times in a row and it will taste different each time ? the quality of the drinks... at this location is SO inconsistent. Its disappointing spending money on a drink just to end up throwing it away because of howawful it is. Read more

I want to love CC's, truly I do. But the quality is so inconsistent. Just last week I ordered an Espresso No. 22 and I ADORED... it. It was seriously one of the tastiest beverages I've had in some time. I go today to get the same thing and it's AWFUL (andthe cup wasn't even filled all the way. I hadn't taken a sip of the coffee in my picture, just mixed it up. And sure, maybethat's petty of me to be mad about, but it's a nearly $6 coffee!) The feta and spinach croissant pictured is absolutelydelightful though, you have to try one of those bad boys, one of the best coffee shop confections I've ever had. And that's thecrux of my issue, sometimes CC's is BETTER THAN THE BEST OF EM but sometimes it's REALLY DISAPPOINTING. Idk about y'all, but mygourmet coffee budget isn't too big, so if I'm splurging on a rare treat, I NEED it to be consistently good. My poor littleheart can't take the disappointment! I don?t typically go out to get coffees anymore, I feel as if they?re legit a waste of money & time. A cup of coffee (large)... was about $7. a bag of espresso coffee grounds is $9 that makes about 25 cups, you buy the to go cups & it all honestly tastesthe exact same, Id rather invest the money spent on coffee anything else but that, but however this place was quite quick withtheir coffee & it came out hot, was it worth the $7? This particular day, yes, I had ran out of creamer, milk, & coffee? it wasa hell of a week, the one day I decided to stop, it came out good. 5/5 would recommend this place, 1/5 would not recommend youget coffee anywhere besides at home unless you?re on the run & have no ingredients.
