I just hate Burger King. I don't see how they are still a chain restaurant. Workers go to work in slippers. They ALWAYS ask u to... pull up and ur food will be brought out to u or to back up behind the yellow pole and u will be told when to pull up. Consistently bad. They're always out of something, and the staff seem like they're really annoyed that they have any customers.... They're obviously short staffed and not handling it well. The food is consistently off, fries taste stale, and you have to wait20 minutes for them to cook more nuggets/chicken fries. The last few times we've been the food has tasted like the grease in thefryer needed to be changed. They're a really convenient location but that's the only positive I can give. Since Covid, I haveyet to order something and get it within a few minutes add you would typically with a drive through fast food, instead you haveto pull up in a long line of other cars waiting for their food. Love the flame broiled taste of that particular type hamburger. Wasn't crowded when there. Establishment appeared/smelled clean... & in compliance with COVID-19 posted policy/procedures. Customer service was friendly & quick with my order. I happen to come tothis particular Burger King quite often & would definitely recommend it to family, friends, & the general public. Read more
The staff was rude for no reason and food took longer than expected. Waiting on the order wouldn't have been an issue had staff... been nice. The bathroom stalls were also out of toilet paper as a added bonus. The food was fine, what you'd expect. Read more
