I placed my order online to be picked up through the drive thru when I got there my order wasn't ready I ordered 1. 16 piece... chicken nugget meal with large fries and I never received a receipt with the order I waited approximately 15 minutes outside inmy car then went inside to see what happened to my order. The store employees never acknowledged I had entered the store. Now Iwas at the counter waiting a few minutes to see if these idiots would ever actually acknowledge that I as a customer was in thestore which never happened. Very poor customer service. I tried to get someone's attention but I believe I was being ignored.They were not busy. Finally after shouting out "Will someone help me. I'm trying to find out what happened to my order." Theemployee that approached me did not introduce himself to me. So I don't know who he was. He was very rude NOT at all beingfriendly to a customer that pays his salary. I suggested that hiring is needed or more active training for their management andemployees in greeting there customers are needed to improve service at this Burger King. We stopped here on Saturday night (5/14/22). My daughter ordered a spicy chicken sandwich, but they were out of bread and... chicken. We just ordered fries, mozzarella sticks, jalapeno cheddar bites, and a sprite. She made us back up after approachingthe window and getting our drink. We were later signaled to pull up. Went last night and decided to try the quote unquote whopper melt. The sandwich itself was good, but small. They list it as a... whopper melt to me that means it's the size of a whopper. Well that was not the case. They use the hamburger patties that go ona double cheeseburger which is alit smaller and the are charged 5-6 dollars for just the sandwich. I would say that is falseadvertisement, using the name whopper melt. Trucking your customers is not a way to keep them. Read more
Went to this location at 2:00pm 12/23/2021 and waited at the speaker for three minutes before anyone requested my order. I... ordered two original chicken sandwiches and a large onion ring for a side. Mind you, I didn't have an attitude. As soon as I gotto the window, I was never greeted. The manager took my money and gave me my change without the receipt. Never asked if I neededanything, just simply rude for no reason. I started going to this Burger King because the one on Jefferson is horrible. I realize people make mistakes. However they... weren?t busy and I was the only one in the drive thru. I ordered the fish combo because I don?t eat meat. They gave me a chickensandwich. I tried calling and they don?t pick up the phone.
