I went on sept. 10 at around 2:15 / 2:30. My son and I went. And the brown haired fella working, was so rude. I accidentally... said a wrong word and in a conniving manner he laughed at me. And the girl waiting on us put her head down embarrassed. Hechecked us out still laughing and repeating what I said and then had the nerve to push the tip jar toward me. Which, for somereason I tipped him on the computer but lower than I usually tip. When we walked away he looked rudely at my son. I cannotimagine how he hasn?t gotten fired. I?ve been going through cancer treatment and I wasn?t laughing. So rude. He should be fired. Read more
Ordered pretzels for delivery and although the pretzels were fresh and delicious, I didn't get what I paid for. There were two... sauces missing that I paid extra for and I also recieved a smaller size pretzel than what I paid for. Wont be ordering again. Read more
My girlfriend and I went to the mall specifically for Auntie Anne's, and although the staff was nice, both of our pretzel bites... had burnt ones in the bottom of the cup. There were several bites that didn't have a single grain of salt too. That's sadbecause we both used to love this place, but it's too expensive to have at least a quarter of the food be burnt or without salt. Read more

A woman who works here eats while she works. That's fine I guess. But she also smacks the food and licks her fingers. It's... disgusting. Don't know her name but she's the one with no front teeth. Read more
Went this past Sunday and I tried to order 2 of the mini pretzel dogs, and they told me they don?t do those on the weekend? I... find that very weird that they don?t do a specific menu item on the weekends and they dont have it posted anywhere. Verydisappointed. Read more
