Hey Everyone!!!! Came here for my birthday last week here at Applebee's in Lafayette Louisiana once more, the service was... horrible the waitress and Mr.Paul the "General Manager" was very Rude, Uncaring, very Unpleasant and Unprofessional. I wasn'tplanning to come back at all until I talk to Mrs. Elise which she invited us right back. This afternoon we decided to come backand the Service was amazing and just unreal!!!! The Gorgeous and AMAZING Manager Mrs.Elise was so sweet only because of her Iwill come right back. I very pleased and happy and will inform everyone in Texas about her amazing professional service!!! Mr.Rickky was very fast and just so profound and very professional!!! I love the food and Applebee's is my favorite place to gowhen I'm traveling for business or just out with family!!! Although me and my fiance got very late they still treated us with amazing customer service and make sure we had everything we... wanted and needed. Not to mention the food was freaking incredible!
