I used the app and ordered the $5 meal which you can customise and for 10 cents more can get a large drink. They always get my... order right but the lines in the drive thru can take a while sometimes and it's impossible to get out of line once your there sofair warning. Fast food didn't even take 5 min and I was already in and out of drive thru with friendly service accurate ordering fair pricing... and most importantly hot fresh food I live closer to the one on teal but I'll drive across town to just get taco bell here if itmeans fresh hot food so worth the trip I recommend coming here every time Read more
Store was cleaner than most, not high praise. Ordering through kiosk is completely digital including the receipt, making... verifying my order difficult. Asked for a physical receipt, nobody knew how to print one out. Food was fresh and delicious andrather prompt. No complaint towards the food quality. Read more
Lady who took order had a mask on. We could not understand her at all over the intercom. She mumbled the whole time. She was... nice but she kept pausing during us ordering and talking over us because she is stressed and overworked. Then when was about togo up to the window a male worker ran though the line and was yelling he was late and to open the door for him. If you don'thave enough people then shut the place down. This place is a hot mess. It has been for years. I thought I would give it a chance and I regreted it. The indiana health... department need to give them a thorough visit. I ordered delivery last night and received a party pack of 12 refrigerated andpre-made tacos. I mean cold to the touch. I was shocked. this place should just close down. They have a responsibility in thefood industry to serve food safety. What, are the employees not trained correctly? Maybe there should be a servesafe requirementfor the employees. This is the worst taco bell that I've ever visited we waited over 40 mins for our mobile order while workers are just standing... around?! See pictures I have attached of them because that is exactly what you'll be seeing for that long. The vehicle in frontof you and the workers standing there. I feel bad for the person(s) working in the back because the two up front could havejumped in to help.I was surprised because other reviewers said that the line can get long but they move it quickly but thatisn't the truth in my case. I often find myself here after work around 11:15 since late night food options in Lafayette are few and far between. I have... never had an issue. The drive-thru is pretty quick and my large $25-$30 order is always correct. Super impressed. Read more
