First issue, the young female that obviously wasnt happy to see us was cold and had very little if any customer sevice skills. I... had to constantly repeat myself to her as to what i wanted. I had to stop her and repeat myself 8 times to tell her i didnt wantany more mayo on my sandwich. Idk maybe if shed pull her air pods out of her ear maybe she could listen better. Cleanliness ofthe shop isnt a priority as the floors were in desperate need of cleaning and very sticky. I wont be coming back is what imthinking, she obviously is a reflection of the managment there Read more

This Subway doesn't accept coupons. I know it's a franchise but it should honor corporate coupons. I would never go to this... subway again. Read more

It's a Subway, and did not disappoint. Reese, the sandwich artisan, made what is one of the best Spicy Italian subway sandwiches... I've had. And, he was enthusiastic about building it. Thanks, Reese! If you're hungry for Subway, this is one to choose. Read more

Waited 20 minutes for 2 sandwiches to be made. I remained docile for a while seeing as the gentleman making my sandwich seemed... to be really invested. After paying, I did not feel the need to wait another few minutes for him to write on both labels of thesandwiches so I told him. "It's alright you don't need to write on both, she'll see the veggie and we'll go from there." Andsome other kid working alongside him had the audacity to become confrontational and personal with me, rather than handle thingsin a professional manner. Went on a rant about how he has special needs and then proceeded to claim I was the one with theattitude? I never patronized this man. Whether the timeliness was terrible or not, I kept a reasonable amount of patience withthis ridiculously slow process. The funniest part was this immature guy confronting me claimed to be the "manager" and demandedI leave. Fair enough. I hope he can "manage" to get his poor attitude in check before he's waiting in a line to file forunemployment. Read more

I placed an order through Doordash only to have the Doordash driver call me from the store to tell me that apparently the whole... entire restaurant was out of chicken. So I chose a different sandwich. I had ordered 4 sandwiches total, 3 of which wereincomplete and missing items. The biggest one was a foot long Meatball Marinara sub with not a single damn meatball on it!!!! Itwas a foot long piece of bread with some cheese on it. Are you kidding me? Are the children who run that place seriously thatdense? This store is pathetic and always has been. They change managers like normal people change underwear and the ownerssimply do not care. I am done with this restaurant.. The Veterans Memorial Parkway location is my new go to. UPDATE: Icontacted corporate and they were extremely angry with my situation. They assured me that the owner will be contacted andpersonal training sessions as well as reprimands for the specific employees who were in charge of my order will occur. Iencourage anyone who has issues with this location to contact corporate. Read more

The slowest service ever. I had worked a long day I have an hour drive and in a hurry to get home. Was trying to grab a quick... bite and had to wait in line 45 minutes. Ik not their fault they were short staff but the staff they had was extremely slow. Read more

Employees here are trash, Got a sandwich made with old nasty produce & made incorrectly. & when I called about simply trying to... switch one of the items I got a earful from the manager being defensive about his "sandwich making abilities", had to contactcorporate to get any help. This is a good stop for me on way to work. Ive stopped a few times, and Ive always had the same nice guy wait on me. Today I... officially met him, and Matt is the general manager.
