Ordered a black forest ham .....it had no ham. This was an online order for pickup, so I didn't watch them make it. I've eaten... here many times and not had any issues, so that's why i'm not giving them a 1 star. I just don't understand how you can make asandwhich (with the bread toasted and everything) and forget the main ingredient. Read more
Have had coupons refused at two different West Lafayette/ Lafayette stores in the last month. I was told Bauer owned franchises... are not accepting coupons. Watch the small print on the entry door! These were the 1060 Sagamore Pkwy (WL) and Market Square(Elmwood St.) locations. Which local Subway's are not Bauer-owned? Sandwiches were fine, but it felt like a bait-and switch. Read more

I received Subway coupons in the mail a few days ago. Upon ordering a sandwich today and presenting a 6" meal coupon (expires... August 20) the cashier wouldn't honor claiming corporate mailed out too early and the sale hadn't started yet, even though Ishowed her that the coupon didn't have a start date. I advised this was a bait & switch, but she refused to offer anyaccommodation. Read more

The worst subway I have ever been to. Asked for mayo on side and got at least a teaspoon. Not the first time. Will drive further... to another subway. Sad. Read more
